Network Passwords Needs Reset

I am running Windows 2000 on an office network and recently something became corrupted and the computer will not take any of our login screen names or passwords so I can't get into windows. How can I reset or do whatever to allow me to bypass this login screen and sign on so I can then fix user names and passwords
