Can get rid of this error message

Hello, I have been getting this weird error message lately the I can't get rid of. It's really bugging me it pops up every half an hour. The picture of the error is in the attachments.

Well, I would take a look at the startup items then...and I would do a search of the system for a file exhibiting the alphanumeric data reflected at the top of the error message.

The path listed is in temp Internet files, so I don't know if it was malware trying to execute that could not...or what.

I don't have any items in the startup folder in the all programs menu. And I download a lot of stuff that's where I think where this problem started, I did a scan with malwarebytes and it

detected stuff it found:
7 Trojan.Backdoor
1 Trojan.MSIL.Gen
And 2 PUP.BundleOffer.Downloader.S.
