Downloading Problem

I just rebooted win 98 and I tried downloading yahoo messanger and it stopped. telling me, Could not load the DLL library. one of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found. How can I fix this?

Go to Add/Remove programs and check if Yahoo messenger installed enough to place something there to uninstall it. Then try to download messenger again and reinstall it.

If that fails, please post the exact error message it gave you.
