Yesterday I got the pop-up that said my computer was infected and that I needed to download and scan with Win7Antispyware2012. I suspected a rogue and thought that I had dodged a bullet by just closing the pop-up, but no such luck. After closing the window, Norton got very busy, rxy.exe, nrd.exe,ffm.exe,cjn.exe to name a few. After that whenever I try to open a program, it asks me what program I want to use to open the program. About a week before this happened we got an error message 5013,3 on our Norton Security. I have printed out the Remove Win7 Antispyware 2012 tutorial and am in the process of reading it before I go any further. Is there a way to make sure what I have before I proceed? I am running Windows 7 Thank you

//error message 5013,3 on our Norton Security//

This occurs because you may be missing base filtering engine and windows firewall service

Finish the malware removal guide ,troubleshooting firewall issue can be done after the cleaning the virus

Good luck
