Had a trojan and a combination of rkill and malware bytes has fixed however the damage is my libraries folder has been combined into a mass of the contents of videos, documents, music and pictures is the anyway to resore these folders to there origional contents or do i need to reorganize.

The links from the windows button on the bottom of the screen have been removed as well but i can restore these easily enough.

The problems have also removed my favorites from the internet as well.

The re org is not a major problem but would prefer not to have to go down this route if there is a better way.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
