16 MB OpenGL capable video card using one of the below mentioned chipsets with DirectX 8.0 compatible drivers.

I emailed E A and they said i need these to run. I dont think i have it thats why im lagging. Is their any way to donwload it?

You need to find out which type of "slot" your computer takes. PCI...PCI-E...

Also, do this
Start>Run>dxdiag.exe>OK>display tab

Make sure your video card isn't an intergrated 1. It'll say intergrated or not there.

How can i do that? It says my computer says NVIDIA vanta/Vanta LT

Uh oh.. But for the DACtype it says Intergraated RAMDAC

What does this mean?
