Model#: F762NR

My pasario f700 and it wont boot up, power/cd led flashes for
1/2 second then turns off, no hd spin or fans noise. Wont stay on
or turn off/on and cycle by its self. Push power and lights flash
that's it. AC led on mobo works, as well as AC led on power jack.
Doesn't beep,spin, or post bios

I welcome any ideas, or solutions! Up to try almost anything to get it up and running! Have 3 dead HP laptops right now... not a great sign!

I tried:
Power Drain Reset
Hold down power
Tested alternate power cord
Tested alternate battery
Boot W/Out Battery
Boot w/out ac cord
Boot w/out ram
Boot w/out hd
Boot w/out cd drive
Hard reset w/out battery
Reset Cmos
Swap ram
Tested w/ external monitor
Boot and spam push scroll/insert , cdbut, esc, f1 ... etc to
force it to stay on, this has zero effect
Checked for: spilled liquid, scorch or burn damage, loose
connections or parts, clogged fan/heatsink... it all looks good
to me.

thanks for the link but sadly HP's support does nothing for me:"Overview of How to Troubleshoot Problems When a Computer Does Not Start Up or Boot Properly"

Doesn't cover my problem, most of that page if for a bad LCD/GPU or HD/Software. I dont get blink codes, beep codes, it wont post or turn fan,hd,cd drive on.

I get a 1/2 second flash of Power, CD, TouchPad, Wireless.. all the misc LED's then nothing. Power doesn't cycle on/off, and LED's dont stay on, fans/hd dont spin.
