I have an ACER AX3400G-U4802, awhile ago I started having an issue where if I shut it completely down it will not restart for awhile (15-20 min),
You can hear the fan and I think the HD turn on, but the power light doesn’t turn on and it doesn’t boot.

Then 2 days ago I restarted my computer and the onboard NIC stopped working. I tried everything I could to get this to work. No luck. But I did realize whenever
I shut the computer down, it would start right back up like it should. And then finally it wouldn’t start up (after working properly 10 times or more).
Once I finally got it booted/powered on, the NIC is working fine. And now I have the power issue again

So to make a long story short,
Powering up issues, the NIC is fine
NIC issues, powering up is fine

Anyone help is greatly appreciated
