I used SUPERAntiSpyware amd then Malwarebytes after. It seems to worked. I then reinstalled IE under the administrator and it seems to be working for the most part. On the other user it does not so I am doing the same to the other account.

Now when we try and search something on Google and pick a link it takes us to some adware site we can't get rid of.

Thoughts??

Have you tried the Kaspersky TDSS removal tool? I had a similar virus and it worked for me.

Please try the above, but if it asks you to fix anything please DO NOT FIX ANYTHING post the resulting log file.

TDSSKiller can be found here: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363

Yes good point cryptodan, I have had a TDSS infection in a system file and was forced to restore the operating system back to factory settings. I have not had that problem with the Microsoft Stand Alone System Sweeper though.

Still, I agree with cryptodan, post your results before you fix anything.
