Hi ,I recently been given help on removing malware in the 'are you infected forum' of this site but I have some software errors also that might need fixing,so I was recommended to post here.Can anyone help please.

Have you run the laptop's diagnostic utility for hardware/health issue, if available? To see if its any software problem, run computer in safemode to check on the freezing problem. Is there any particular point when using computer and would eventually crash or just random?
