I am a Kumon instructor. I have helped many students achieve levels of work no one thought possible. I have a 5th grade student doing HS algebra II and an 8th grade student doing college level calculus...and they are virtually learning on their own.
Now it is my turn to look at "overview of Bleeping Computer" and at "tutorials" and become the type of student I try to foster in my learning center, an independent student that studies and learns and amazes people (such as my son-in-law).

Welcome to BC! While it is good to learn on your own, sometimes questions arise that are not completely answered by a text, so don't hesitate to post and ask additional questions.
Happy holidays,
John

Yeah, I know that is so right. When the information is there, I believe you learn so much better by trying and figuring it out by yourself. When you can't figure it out, there is no sense in struggling and struggling and being stumped. At best that is inefficient; at worst it is a total waste of effort and energy.
