Not sure where to post this question.
I just posted in the “No reply in three days” section for a problem with a laptop.
In the instruction it is requested that updated information be added. As the edit feature is not now working for my topic the only way to add to it is as a reply.
I was concerned that if I did this it would show that the topic has been replied to
(Catch 22??).
I did not want to confuse the issue so I did not add a reply with the updated info. I will post it when someone response.
Can someone advise as to the proper way I should update?
Merry Christmas to one and all at BC!!!

It is OK to reply in your topic, as forum members will still check it because you posted in the “No reply in three days”.

I see that Boopme picked up the topic. :thumbup2:

The only forum that we prefer members not make replies/bump their topics is in the Malware Logs forum. The Am I Infected forum it is okay to add replies, as there isn't a software based queue any of the helpers use like the Malware Forum has.
