Microsoft page that covers Xp, Vista & Win7 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314060 It seems they have pulled the FixIt for win7 as I have it on my desktop. Windows 7

This their current solution
"To resolve this problem on a computer that is running Windows 7, use the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter. For more information about how to open this troubleshooter in Windows 7, visit the following Microsoft Web site:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Open-the-Hardware-and-Devices-troubleshooter "

Be warned that if you try the manual registry edit fix instead of going the automated method there are many registry keys that look the same and you can easily trash your windows which is why it isn't suggested and should be avoided.
