I'm geting a new laptop next week after Christmas and it has Windows 7 installed, but as soon as you turn it on i hear a blue screen pops up. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Well, you need to use those programs right after the Blue Screen errors.

Here's an article to get you started:

If it came new with Windows 7 then it should have a recovery partition and a utility to make recovery discs and manufacturer support.

Is it new or just new to you?
