Hello everyone,

My computer showing error message while shutdown.
Windows-Virtual memory minimum too low [U]Your system is low on virtual memory.Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging files.During this process,memory requests for some applications may be denied.For more information see help.

System specification: AMD 1900+, 256 MB 266 MHz DDR RAM, 40GB Operating system XP.

Please let me know solution.

This is only happening as you shut down? Probably a memory leak with a driver. Download and install the latest drivers for your sound card, video card and ethernet card and see if that helps

Thanks for your advice.
My problem has been solved after updated the Ethernet drivers as suggested by you.
