Hello sniper8752,

For Shortcut:
Right click on any shortcut and select 'Properties', then navigate to Shortcut tab and click Change Icon.

For the Folder:
1. Right click on the folder
2. Select properties at the very bottom
3. Navigate to 'Customize' tab at the far right
4. You will see 'Change Icon' button at the bottom

Hope this helps
