the pc doesn't work

Hello, i have a pc which is out of order, when i turn it on it makes the normal noise but no beep, the screen is black.
i changed the power suplay but its not that, i think that is the motherboard or the cpu damaged
the fans and the pci slots are working, i haven't a compatible cpu to test.
how can i know what is wrong

Post the complete information, model regarding the computer and the number of beeps. What happens prior to the issue?
