I have an XP emulator under System 7 pro. I uninstalled a Microsoft Fortran compiler and it said, "could not find install log", so it did not do the uninstall but lost the association of .for files. When I click on properties of the Visual Fortran it points to "C:\Program Files\DevStudio\SharedIDE\Bin\MSDEV.EXE" . When I click on a .for file and tell to open with the following program, brows, and put in the above path without quotes it says, "not a valid path". Also Visual Fortran doesn't show up in the uninstall files. I've turned on hidden files. It just points to a nonexistent directory. Any help? Mod Edit: Removed email addy, protection from spambots.
