Hello,

I noticed some programs here which are way outdated.

Your AVG won't update to the latest definitions anymore because you are still using an older version.
So I recommend you uninstall AVG 6 and install AVG 7:
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/

Most probably your antispyware software is also outdated, because I know it can deal with the malware in your log.

* Go to start > controlpanel > software > add/remove programs and uninstall next if present:

Zango <== this installs and is spyware
MediaGateway
AdMilli Service

Reboot afterwards.

Download Ad-aware version SE Personal 1.06 from one of these locations:

http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Install by double-clicking on the downloaded file.
If you have a previous version of Ad-Aware installed, during the installation of the new version you will be prompted to uninstall or keep the older version. Be sure to uninstall the previous version.

1. Launch Ad-Aware SE and run the WebUpdate feature. (Click on the Globe icon > Click connect > Click OK > Click Finish.)
2. Set up the Configurations as follows:
-- Click the Gear wheel at the top of the Ad-Aware window
-- Click General > Safety & Settings: Check (Green) all three.
-- Click Tweak > Cleaning Engine > UNcheck "Always try to unload modules before deletion".
3. Click "Proceed"
4. Click "Scan Now"
5. Deselect "Search for negligible risk entries" as negligible risk entries (MRU's) are not considered to be a threat.
6. Select "Search for low-risk threats"
7. Run the scanner using the Full Scan (Perform full system scan) mode.
8. When the scan has completed, select Next.
9. In the Scanning Results window, select the "Scan Summary" tab.
10. Check the box next to each "target family" you wish to remove.
11. Click next > Click OK.
12. Reboot your computer and post a new hijackthislog

Hi,

I see you still didn't update your antivirus to AVG 7.
The version you are having now won't update anymore, so you won't be protected as well.

Please uninstall AVG6 and update.

Hijackthis is still in your temp-folder, so I strongly advise to create a permanent folder and move hijackthis.exe into it. The reason is because hijackthis creates backups and when it's in your temp-folder it can be accidentally deleted.
How do you make a permanent folder:

Click My Computer, then C:\ and then on Program Files.
In the menu bar, File->New->Folder.
That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" or "HijackThis".
Now you have C:\Program Files\HijackThis. Put your HijackThis.exe there.

* Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Place a check against each of the following:

O3 - Toolbar: ISPx Web Accelerator - {8B79EE88-E62D-4AA8-B530-CC357BA112B7} - C:\Program Files\ISPx Web Accelerator\Toolband.dll (file missing)
O3 - Toolbar: Zango Toolbar - {EA0D26BD-9029-431A-86E0-83152D67828A} - C:\Program Files\Zango Programs\Zango Toolbar\ZangoTB.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Admilli Service] C:\Program Files\Admilli Service\AdmilliServ.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MediaGateway] C:\Program Files\MediaGateway\MediaGateway.exe
O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\OSA9.EXE
O15 - ProtocolDefaults: 'http' protocol is in My Computer Zone, should be Internet Zone

O21 - SSODL: systemp - {FC68E601-41FD-41EF-B2C5-096A0BBCF67A} - systemp.dll (file missing)

* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

* Using Windows Explorer, locate the following folders, and delete them if still present:

C:\Program Files\ISPx Web Accelerator
C:\Program Files\Zango Programs
C:\Program Files\Admilli Service
C:\Program Files\MediaGateway

Reboot once again and post a new hijackthislog.
