what are the main differences between these two? is one better than the other?

Looks the same, most likely its the brand or manufacturing. Class A and B.

The different is at the write transfer speed, If you buy it for your Camera then consider the faster one.

Class2 - Minimum write speed: 2Mb/s
Class4 - Minimum write speed: 4Mb/s (Faster)
