Hello I was recently infected with Vista Security 2012. I already ran the registry fix, but I can't get on the Internet to do the next step. I have a acer aspire using windows vista. Can someone please help?

Same problem on sisters Compaq presario cq60. All I have been able to find out on this is that (in my case) DHCP will not start because Computer Browser Service will not start. I am getting error 1060 when trying to start the service and this error states that the service is not installed on the computer. As of yet I have not found out how to reinstall/enable computer browser service.
If anyone knows how to do this please let us know.
No need to for explanations of what CBS does or questions as to how it it became uninstalled. A simple answer as to how to make it work again will do just fine.
thank you...
