intrusion attack

when i am using the internet my anti virus say intrusion attack found from ip 208.67.222.222 .it happen many times. i see in my anti virus network traffic --
description-intrusion attack-id000203EA
protocol-UDP(17)
REMOTE PORT 53
PLEASE HELP IS THIS SERIOUS

Hello are you using Open DNS? 208.67.222.222 is the standard IP address of OpenDNS server.

i am using my isp dns but when i change (i change for just for fast response from website)dns to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.222.220 then i am getting regular seven attack

hi
please help
i have xp in my pc every thing going smoothes since afternoon but when i open my pc then i see that my task bar turn to classical view , when i selet the option of help and support ,error comes up that my system services not running, i donot know what to do and i am also unable to play any songs my media player show me a error, also unable to use internet, when i go to connection profile it was empty ,unable to restore my point .......i check my anti virus it block process lie svchost..and lost more.... what to do
my pc configuration
xp service pack 3
2 gb ram
2.80ghz processer
please help me?
