Icons of this type are continually added to my desktop. Although I can delete them, others are added throughout the day. What causes this, and how do I prevent it? I don't know if I'm in the proper forum, but maybe someone can help. Thanks.

Hi -
“hs_err_pid” error is usually related to java. It’s likely that the version of java installed on your computer is either out of date or corrupted.
I’d recommend you to uninstall and reinstall Java on your computer.
Install Java: Version7 update1 is the only current version. Please uninstall all other Versions -

Please go HERE to install Java
•click on the Free Java Download Button
•click on Agree and start Free download
•click on Run
•click on run again
•click on install
•when install is complete click on close

Thank You -
