Recently I noticed that both of my yahoo accounts with similar user ids have been used to send one spam message to my contacts. I changed the passwords in both accounts. I ran an up to date Norton full scan and MAlwarebytes full scan. Both now have clean reports. None of my other email accounts have had this happen. Is this a yahoo issue as months before a contact of mine was sending similar spam emails to my yahoo id (no I did not click on any links0?

Is this a spoof? Was account hacked? If I had malware on my computer wouldn't other email accounts be sending spam too.

There is not much info on Yahoo site other than to change passwords, so I thought I would ask the experts
thanks!
