I just dealt with System Fix yesterday. First of all the customer had waited to long before bringing it in. So it had already gotten into the system files. Permissions were changed etc... I used SpyDoctor, Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D, Superantispyware, Cleanup,Microsoft Security Essentials and manually went into the Registry and Sys32 to remove any bits. It wasn't right as in not all of the System tools would show up in normal mode (Control Panel, My Computer) etc.. So I backed up all of the data and did a fresh install.
