well my dads hardrive died and i was trying to help him install a new one. we are installing it as the master drive. we load the software. we finished the softwares instructions and it tells us to remove the disk and then insert the os into the cd-rom drive and reboot. we do that and we get a black screen saying "NTLDR is missing press ctrl+alt+del to restart" What does this error mean? How do i fix it. thank you
