When trying to open attachments to emails, I get a message that says "MSWRD832.CNV, MICROSOFT WORD WILL NOW CLOSE" How do I fix this problem?

To narrow down your problem: What version of MS Word do you have? What version of Windows do you have?

I have just done some research and according to what i've found there is no fix for this...

I would recomend however, that you download Open Office. This is basically an immitation of Microsoft Office and has applications that mimic the ones in which Office has. They are compatable with all Office based files as well.

Click here to download: Open Office

This is caused by an error in the converter. Apparently there are alot of people having these errors, and a fix has not been found. The program I suggested, however, will not have this problem.

Maybe someone else will have a fix for you, if you do not wish to download Open Office.
