I have a windows7 64bit intel i3 new laptop. It is an asus and I do not have any bad software on here. I am infected with the Sirefef.k virus that I cannot remove. I have tried spybot search and destroy and also with Malware bytes. After checking my computer they say I am clear. My antivirus in MS Security Essentials. The antivirus continues to ring up this location and I delete the files only to have them reappear.
C:\Users\user\AppData\22fd655a\U\800000cf.$

I can see the file there.. and delete it but as I said it reappears. I also have used ccleaner and all three do not show anything after the scan. when I went online to manually delete cannot even find the indicated files on my system.
I would appreciate the help as I am pulling my hair out chasing this :o

Edit: Moved topic from Windows 7 to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
