Irritating Msas Notifications

Hi, I currently have this MSAS problem on my MS WinXP Pro notebook. I set my computer to log on automatically to my restricted user account after being convinced by the LUA Principle. However, whenever I startup my computer, a MSAS notification, the green notice, would slide up into my screen and say that Quicktime is allowed to run in startup. It appears everytime I boot up. This does not seem to happen when I logon to my Administrative account...
