Hi,
Please help! I appear to be infected with something called "klounada", at least this is what it keeps trying to set my homepage too. This is a friends Windows XP Home computer with Norton Antivirus installed. Steps taken so far:

1. Spy Sweeper
2. Ad-aware
3. SpyBot
4. VX2 cleaner from ad-Aware ("plvx2cleaner.exe")
5. CWShredder

While these tools found and removed a lot of spyware the problem remains -- Spy Sweeper and SpyBot continually detect attempts to change the IE homepage, search default page, and startup programs but none can kill this thing.

If you can help it would be greatly appreciated, I am not technical enough to go any further. Here is the HiJackThis log file:

Thank you Grinler,
I am attempting to do this over the telephone with someone not that familar with the computer and that is proving diffiucult. We have arranged for a more computer literate person who can download an updated version of HiJackThis and post it (and run HiJackThis from the correct directory etc. per your pinned instructions)

Again, thank you very much for being so helpful against this Spyware scourge.
