Thanks a lot for all the good work you did!
I will follow your instructions.
However, I still have some questions:
1. How can I protect my flash disk? I will have to use it on infected computers again, even last week after I managed to clean it manually from autorun virus,I got the same virus again by just using it once at work.
2. How do I make sure that the external hard disk I use for backup is not infected?
3. About my netbook: it seems it's infection was heavier, if I reformat it, will all the problems go away? What about the data that I have to back up externally before reformatting?
Sorry to keep you so busy!

You are going to have to scan it - scan it first with your antivirus when you first plug it in and then do the online scan - if you look hard you will see option to scan certain folders

3. About my netbook: it seems it's infection was heavier, if I reformat it, will all the problems go away? What about the data that I have to back up externally before reformatting?
as long as it is formatted yes - scan what ever you back up
