While doing my weekly virus scan my Webroot Anti-Virus (Version 8.0.1.40) did a scan. The scan stated that the volsnap.sys was infected with a rootkit, when asked to reset to remove it the computer resets as if you held down the power button. After the computer is reset it says it has gone away. Once the computer is turned off properly via shutdown and turned on again, the Webroot scan will say the file is infected? Any adivice?
