Everytime I turn on my PC, MA says that it spotted Newdot trying to install. I always remove it and do a new full scan. Why isn't this ever really removed? It's been like this for as long as I can remember, and I'm really tired of it.

Please help.

You also have a browser hijack in NewDot you should follow the instructions here to proceed to a cure.
follow the closely and do not change anything on your PC once you have posted the Log.
Please be patient in awaiting the Expert teams response as this is a very busy group of volunteers.
