XP Security 2012 Virus

Hello. My computer has been compromised with the XP Security 2012 Virus. It is running Windows XP Professional SP3. I was hoping for any help regarding this issue.

If you find PING.EXE running under task manager,you may need to help of BC members out here.This rogue acts as a rootkit dropper
