I am not computer literate and was hoping someone could take me step-by-step on how to clear my Cache. Thank You.

I don't know. I am a big fan of consumerist web site but all of a sudden none of the comments appeared. I sent them an email and they advised me to clear my cache. I don't even know what a cache is never mind on how to use it.. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I think you should ask them what they are talking about. You can try deleting your cookies and emptying the temp internet files folder I guess (Control Panel - Internet Options)

Allan, did I mention I am computer illeterate. I went to Internet Options. Should I put checkmark on Browsing History On Exit and then click Delete. After I do that Do I un-check Temporary Internet Files and History? Thanks for your help.

Sorry. No need to put a tic in "delete history on exit", just click on the DELETE button in that section to empty the Temporary Internet Files Folder and delete your cookies.

When I click on the Delete Button...Delete Browser History Menu comes up with Tics in front of Preserve Favorites Website Data, Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History. What am I to do?

Once again, you want to delete the Temporary Internet Files and the cookies.
