I had the System fix malware pop up on my computer so I restarted in safe mode and used the removal guide here to go about fixing it. Ran Rkill, tried to run TDSSkiller but it didn't work. Updated malwarebytes and ran it and it cleaned it out. Everything seemed to be fine except I still had the redirect. Two days later System Fix is back along with some Win removal 2012 malware. Did the same fix as the first time and same thing, works for 2 days then all back again. Went ahead and got Malwarebytes Pro and It keeps blocking some iexplorer program from connecting to a port.

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit with Firefox

Thank you,
J

Update: When I try to run DDS it freezes before it finishes. When I try to run gmer it gives me an error "LoadDriver("C:\Users\Jank\AppData\Local\Temp\kxldypoc.sys") error 0xC000010E: An instance of the service is already running. All of the places to check off are all greyed out except Services, Registry, Files, and ADS.

Please follow the instructions in ==>Malware Removal and Log Section Preparation Guide<==.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include the link to this topic in your new topic and a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Once you have created the new topic, please reply back here with a link to the new topic.

Most importantly please be patient till you get a reply to your topic.
