I am the IT manager of a non-profit drug & alcohol counseling facility (I am also about to retire at the end of the month!).

I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 670 -1710 which is connected to an HP P2035n printer. When the printer prints certain documents from the laptop (these are documents from the web - a PA site that we use to declare MA eligibility for clients) the tables that print come out black. The user can print to a network printer and it is fine (although quite a distance from her office). In addition, anyone else who uses the site and has the same printer, has no problem with the printout. I have tried everything I can think of - even talked to HP who have no clue - all to no avail. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Or does anyone have an idea of what I can do to remedy the problem?

Thanks,

Greetings,

Have you tried using a different web browser? I've seen a lot of people having issue's (printing, displaying content, access) with IE9.
