Unable to clear System Fix

I have followed the instructions given in Remove System Fix and still have the virus re-infect upon a reboot.

The Malwarebytes log is shown below

Unhide and Rkill seem to be performimg as expected. Rkill, when run following a safe boot did not report any programs stopped.

Any futher pointers ?

Following the instructions from the start again has yielded positive results. The one difference appears to have been running an update for the MalwareBytes threat definitions. This time through it picked up 5 infected objects instead of 2. Removing these extra infections and then following the restart instructions seems to have worked.
