Hi,

I have just joined today. I have a desktop (XP) and 2 laptops (one with Vista and the other with Windows 7).

I have been burned by viruses and spyware in the past. On all the above machines, I have the following software installed:

- Microsoft Security Essentials (Anti-Virus)
- Zone-Alarm (Firewall)
- MalwareBytes, Spybot search & destroy, & SuperAntiSpyware (spyware scanners)

I run the spyware scanners once a week or so. I believe I have clean systems today.

Hoping to find lot of useful information and help here, in case I need it in future.

Regards,
Anil
