Hey guys, I have an issue where my system will freeze randomly throughout the day. The whole screen goes grayish and everything becomes non responsive. The only thing I can do is move my cursor around but i can't click anything. Is there a tool I can run to help monitor and find the cause of this issue?

Thanks.

First, please try to follow the directions above on "How to start in Safe Mode" and see if the computer is more responsive-
Post us back the results and the Make and Model of your computer -

Thank You -

Posting your computer model/specs and any particular event the unresponsive occurs would help also.
