is there a way that i can completly remove cookies from my hard drive? :thumbsup:

Go to Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>click on Delete Cookies

well ya. :thumbsup: .i know how to do that, but i deleated all my cookies and then deleated them from the trash then i inserted a recovery CD and then there they were..thats why i wanted to know how to remove them completly remove them from my computer?

Could you please be more specific? Where were they? How did you see them? Why did you insert a recovery cd?

Well i just installed this little app. It allows you to delete just the cookies you don't want . That way you will still have your cookies that allow you to visit your forums and such without having to enter your password etc each time you visit. Best of all it is free.

cCleaner also scrubs cookies. It will also let you keep the ones you want.
