Well first off do you have A Windows installation disk? If you do then it should help you through this process. If not then you need to by one otherwise wiping your hard drive will only make your computer useless.

Yes you can do this if you use something other than Windows. Linux perhaphs.
Could we offer to help you before you take such drastic steps? What is the problem?
