I am attempting to resolve low memory issues with my Vista32 home basic. Installed and ran Autoruns by Sysinternals and found the following on my startup list:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services PcdrNisuio Usermode I/O (no publisher) File not found: system32\DRIVERS\pcdrnisuio.sys

I am beginning to get overwhelmed with all the information I've researched on this file. Do I need it? If so, what is it for? Thanks for any response and/or help.

Says that it is Microsoft Driver and should be left alone. From several other links I was able to determine it is a Microsoft network card driver.
