Hello and welcome to the forum. If you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, you have at least two nasty infections, this one:
O20 - Winlogon Notify: MediaContentIndex - C:\WINDOWS\system32\lvrq0995e.dll which is: Variant of Adware.Look2Me
and a varient of CoolWebSearch shown here: hXXp://searchbar.findthewebsiteyouneed.com
There is some other junk, but we will attend to it later.

1) We need to remove Look2me first. SpySweeper has been removing this infection if the directions are followed. It is important that you download the: Spy Sweeper 4.5 - Free Trial Which is at the bottom of this page: http://www.webroot.com/consumer/products/s...er/latestv.html This is the only tool we can use from SpySweeper. Follow these instructions.
Install it using the Standard Install option. (You will be asked for your e-mail address, it is safe to give it. If you receive alerts from your firewall, allow all activities for Spy Sweeper)

You will be prompted to check for updated definitions, please do so.
(This may take several minutes)

Click on Options > Sweep Options and check Sweep all Folders on Selected drives. Check Local Disc C. Under What to Sweep, check every box.

Click on Sweep and allow it to fully scan your system.

When the sweep has finished, click Remove. Click Select All and then Next

From 'Results', select the Session Log tab. Click Save to File and save the log somewhere convenient.

Exit Spy Sweeper.

Restart your computer <<< very important.

2) Now download the newest version of CWShredder from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Popu...WShredder.shtml make sure you update if it is available, choose FIX not scan. Allow the program to run and remove anything it finds.

3) Since you have ewido onboard, open the program and choose update. Once you are updated, click on scanner then complete system Scan. Delete anything ewido locates unless you know it is not bad. Make sure you save the scan report, I must see it.

4) Post the results of the SS sweep, the ewido scan results, a new HJT log and your comments, anything you think I should know. We will have more to do.

Thanks...pskelley
