would this ram work with my computer

I want to upgrade to 8GB of memory and I was wondering if these sticks of ram would work with my computer

this is the ram I want to buy:

This ram should be compatible but your OS must be 64bit, so it can full use the 8GB.

I do have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
