My name is Jon, and I am here to hopefully get my POS computer fixed.

About a week ago, I was using it to do some general surfing and work, when it suddenly popped up with what I believe was the Privacy.exe virus. I went through the steps you had posted, and seem to have gotten rid of the privacy.exe bug, but now it's REALLY SCREWED up.

I have massive redirects, its slower than anything I've seen (short of an old CP/M machine) and my a/v program won't even let me in - it crashes everytime I try to access the dashboard.

Please point me in the right direction to bring it back.
