Can Someone Please Help Me Im Not Very Computer Smart And I have This VISTA HOME SECURITY 2012 on My Computer And I dont Know How To Remove it Im Afraid Ill Mess The Files Or What ever They Are On My Computer I cant get Internet on it So im using the computer here at work what do i do i tried mal bytes but then it detected the rkill and i guess i destroyed it ugh can someone please walk me through the steps 1 by 1 PLEASE please help it destroyed my user account and i have access to the admin account but the internet is all screwed up on it i cant do all these downloads and then try them i need to know which virus remover or whatever its called is going to get rid of it like i said i dont know too much about computers so when its asking me about all these things like do i want to quarantine or remove this or that i really dont know what im doing cause they have all these different names HELP

Hello, I am uncertain you ran them in the proper order.

It is possible that the infection you are trying to remove will not allow you to download files on the infected computer. If this is the case, then you will need to download the files requested in this guide on another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive.

After you completed that, post your scan log here,let me know how things are.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
