Is there a virus out there that 'screams' when you try to install rkill?

What do you mean? Will rKill not run for you? If not, then try renaming it. Sometimes malware is programmed to block certain programs from running to protect itself. A nasty rogue is probably blocking it because it knows about it. And also please let us know your system specs so that we can have something to go on here. Thanks.
