I have the cloud Av virus and can't seem to get rid of it. I believe we may have gotten rid of some of it. We have uninstalled one anitvirus program and reinstalled and it works now. The same was done with our printer. Microsoft office we are still having problems with as it won't open any of the saved data. It seems to have affected all our saved data.

The internet is still slow, even though I can now get online. I don't even know if this is the correct place to go. All I know is we still have the virus, and I was wondering what to do to get rid of it.

We have an older computer, and use Windows XP.
