Well I would just like to say hello to everyone in this community.

This thread is designed to basically say hello and tell you all a little about me.

Programming: I like all kinds of computer programming but I am currently learning C++ but I want to expand from there into other languages,

Web Design: I know basic HTML programming and want to learn more web-based languages but what also intrigues me about Web design is the page layout and looking into ways of improving the UI of the page but not only that I like the level of interactivity that has become apparent on the web today

System Security: I very much like looking into new and useful ways of locking down the system to keep unwanted crackers out but I also enjoy the challenge of balancing security but still providing functionality

General Computing: As you can probably tell I enjoy all computing based subjects, but I also highly enjoy just being part of communities such as this one where there are many more users who enjoy the same interests and the wealth of knowledge that can be found in places like this

Isometric Pixel Art: As I have learnt programming I been annoyed that the "cover" of the program often looks shabby as my graphics skills are less than good, but I have recently been become more interested in pixel art and in particular the Isometric kind

Skateboarding: While computing is a huge and influential part of my life I also enjoy skateboarding... I like the huge challenge of learning the tricks and practicing until you finally land the move you have wanted to do for so long... The feeling I get from skateboarding is one of freedom... that feeling in unmatched even by computers.

Comedy: I love a good comedy series in particular - Black Adder, Black Books, The Mighty Boosh, Peep Show, My Name Is Earl, I often have them on while generally searching the web. Me and my friend also do some filming of comedy "Skits" anybody who has seen any of Viva La Bam, Jackass, Or the CKY series will know what I mean

Well I hope enjoyed reading this little thread about me.
I'm looking forward to becoming part of this community.

I did enjoy reading your post, Nexus

Computer & Comedy are great partners.
Skateboarding & C+++ will always remain pursuits of others, I'm afraid.

I did build a street luge that owed it's success to "skateboard technology" though.

Isometric Pixel Art, now that looks intriguing from what I scanned after copy/pasting to google.

Refreshing, after a day of laboring at becoming familiar with 3D modeling/rendering & animation.

btw, we suggest no email addresses as nicks on this site.
You might PM Grinler and pick nexus instead.
